Wonder why now for re-issue?
yeah me too - felt that the DC comic feel was a revolution at the time when most 12 inches were just twee photo-shoots. No idea why it's taken them this long to re-issue but glad tommy boy did - nice heavy vinyl... and deluxe plain card inner (funny how these things matter hey)
oh had a go at my version of batgirl but it ended up, well too girlie... although the bodyless head with grated batwings almost got posted...
don't think anyone's been buyin' 'em though :-)
(even had to undergo torture by Mr Blunt while waiting to hand my cash over)
It's weird what's getting reissued on vinyl and turning up in these places...they've been churning out re-pressings of old Sugarhill Rap classics too, and the De La Soul back-catalogue (weren't they on Tommy Boy too? Maybe someone's sold on a bunch of licensing rights), which is kinda cool. Nice to see this stuff back on the shelves complete w/ original covers and stuff...
